Terms of Service

LikeiWrite is a writing, content creation, and business intelligence platform designed to help users create more relevant and personalized content using information they choose to provide about themselves, their businesses, audiences, products, services, brand voice, and other context.

LikeiWrite may use automated technologies to analyze information, organize business context, and generate or edit content based on user instructions.

Features may change, improve, be added, or be removed as the Service evolves.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create a LikeiWrite account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your information reasonably current.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account.

You may not share account credentials in a manner that circumvents account, subscription, or user limitations.

If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you should contact us promptly.

LikeiWrite may allow you to create or access your account using Google Sign-In or another third-party authentication provider.

When you use a third-party authentication service, your use of that service is also subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Using Google Sign-In does not give LikeiWrite general access to your Google account.

LikeiWrite may receive limited account information necessary to authenticate you, such as your email address and a unique account identifier.

Additional access to third-party services will only be requested when necessary for a feature you choose to use and when you authorize the requested permissions.

You may provide LikeiWrite with information and materials including:

• Prompts and instructions
• Business information
• Brand information
• Products and services
• Audience information
• Writing samples
• Website URLs and website content
• Documents and uploaded materials
• Marketing information
• Brand Brain information
• Images or other supported media
• Other content you choose to submit

Collectively, these materials are referred to as "User Content."

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content to LikeiWrite, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Service and provide the features you request.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to LikeiWrite.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, or lawful authority necessary to provide User Content to LikeiWrite and allow it to be processed as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

LikeiWrite may allow you to create a collection of business information and context referred to as a Brand Brain.

Your Brand Brain may contain information you provide directly or information identified from sources you authorize LikeiWrite to analyze.

The purpose of the Brand Brain is to provide relevant context that may help LikeiWrite create more useful, accurate, and consistent content for you.

Where the applicable feature provides a review process, information identified through automated analysis may be presented for your review, correction, approval, or removal before being incorporated into persistent Brand Brain context.

You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of information contained in your Brand Brain.

LikeiWrite may provide tools that analyze websites, documents, or other sources you provide or authorize.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right or authorization to submit or direct LikeiWrite to process those sources.

LikeiWrite may extract or identify information from those sources for purposes such as understanding:

• Your business
• Products and services
• Target audiences
• Brand messaging
• Brand voice
• Pricing
• Frequently asked questions
• Testimonials
• Policies
• Locations
• Credentials
• Calls to action
• Other relevant business information

Automated extraction and analysis may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.

You are responsible for reviewing information before relying upon it.

LikeiWrite uses automated technologies to help generate, rewrite, analyze, organize, and edit content.

Generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, unique, error-free, or appropriate for every purpose.

Automated content tools can occasionally generate incorrect information, misunderstand context, or produce content similar to material generated for other users.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving generated content before publishing, distributing, submitting, or relying upon it.

LikeiWrite should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.

As between you and LikeiWrite, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use content generated specifically for you through your use of the Service for personal or commercial purposes.

LikeiWrite does not claim ownership of your final generated content merely because it was created using the Service.

However, automated content systems may generate similar or identical language for different users, and LikeiWrite cannot guarantee that generated content will be unique or eligible for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property protection.

You are responsible for determining whether generated content is appropriate for your intended use and whether additional rights, permissions, disclosures, or review may be required.

The LikeiWrite Service itself, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, workflows, features, systems, documentation, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to The Content Collaborator LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the LikeiWrite platform or its underlying technology.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, scrape, systematically extract, or attempt to recreate substantial portions of the Service except where expressly permitted by law or authorized by us in writing.

You agree not to use LikeiWrite to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Impersonate another person or organization in a deceptive manner
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access to LikeiWrite systems or other accounts
• Circumvent security, access, subscription, or usage limitations
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Use automated systems to excessively scrape or extract information from LikeiWrite
• Submit content you do not have the right to use
• Engage in fraud, deception, harassment, exploitation, or other unlawful conduct
• Use the Service in a manner that could materially harm LikeiWrite, our infrastructure, our service providers, or other users

We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms or presents a security, legal, or operational risk.

Some LikeiWrite features may require a paid subscription or other payment.

Prices, included features, usage limits, billing frequency, and applicable taxes will be presented before purchase.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for amounts associated with your purchase or subscription.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for canceling a subscription before its next renewal if you do not wish to continue the paid service.

We may change pricing or subscription structures in the future. When required, we will provide reasonable notice before pricing changes affect an existing subscription.

You may cancel a recurring subscription in accordance with the cancellation options available through your account or by contacting LikeiWrite support.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges already incurred.

Except where otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once the applicable paid service or subscription period has begun.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us so we can review the transaction.

LikeiWrite relies on third-party providers to operate portions of the Service. These may include providers of:

• Hosting and infrastructure
• Authentication
• Databases
• Automated content processing
• Payment processing
• Email delivery
• Analytics
• Security and monitoring

LikeiWrite may also contain links to third-party websites or services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, policies, or independent actions.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies provided by those companies.

We work to keep LikeiWrite available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, infrastructure failures, third-party service interruptions, security issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, update, improve, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary as the Service evolves.

You may stop using LikeiWrite at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary because of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Security concerns
• Abuse of the Service
• Nonpayment
• Material risk to LikeiWrite, our users, or third parties
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before terminating access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LikeiWrite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that generated content will always be accurate, complete, unique, or suitable for a particular purpose.

LikeiWrite makes no guarantee that using generated content will produce any particular business, marketing, financial, search engine, social media, sales, or other result.

You are responsible for how you use the Service and the content it produces.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Content Collaborator LLC and LikeiWrite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to LikeiWrite during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Content Collaborator LLC, LikeiWrite, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• User Content you submit
• Your infringement of another person's rights
• Your unlawful use or publication of generated content

Your use of LikeiWrite is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to applicable federal and state laws and the jurisdiction of courts with lawful authority over the dispute.

We may update these Terms as LikeiWrite evolves or as legal, operational, or regulatory requirements change.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through LikeiWrite, by email, or through another reasonable method.

The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.

Your continued use of LikeiWrite after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a specific LikeiWrite feature or purchase, constitute the agreement between you and LikeiWrite regarding your use of the Service.
